This approximately 1,500-square-foot waterfront cabin has two private bedrooms, each with one king bed, and two full bathrooms. Connected to the back of the living room is an open sleeping area—not a private bedroom—with a triple-bunk arrangement: two twin mattresses on the bottom and one twin mattress on top. A double-size fold-out sleeper sofa sleeps two more guests. The two kings sleep four, the three twins sleep three, and the sleeper sofa sleeps two, for a maximum of 9 guests. The cabin sits directly on the water beside a private 2.5-acre stocked fishing pond, surrounded by approximately 120 acres of countryside. Enjoy the dock, wooded trails, wildlife, screened porches, outdoor seating and fire pit. A Blackstone griddle is provided for outdoor cooking. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove, oven, refrigerator and cooking essentials. Working remotely? Wi-Fi has previously tested at about 270 Mbps download and 63 Mbps upload, and there's a table you can set up as a workspace. Batesville, Oxford, Ole Miss and Sardis Lake are convenient destinations for day trips.
