Good to know
The cottage has two private bedrooms with king beds, each with its own bathroom. Off the living room is an open bunk area (not a private bedroom) with two full bunk-bed sets, for four twin mattresses in all. There is also a separate sleeping loft with two twin beds. The cottage sleeps up to 9 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, and there's a stacked washer and dryer. Outside, the screened porch looks out toward the lake and has swings and rocking chairs. The private dock has a covered boat slip and a 20x30 deck with picnic seating, perfect for fishing, sunsets and morning coffee. There's also a fire pit with lake views and a BBQ grill. The front yard is fully fenced and gated, with room to park vehicles, boats and trailers. Longer stays are welcome.
Other Details to Note
PLEASE NOTE - This is a quiet lake neighborhood. No parties or events, and only registered guests may stay overnight. - Water safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water and on the dock. Life jackets are strongly recommended for children and non-swimmers. Please do not dive from the dock. - The cottage is raised, so there are steps at the entrances. - A vehicle is needed to get around. Uncle Henry's and Catherine's are both about a 10-minute drive around the lake, and Clarksdale's blues clubs and festivals are within driving distance.

Enjoy lake views from the screened porch and deck, or head into Clarksdale for blues clubs and festivals. Please respect the peaceful residential setting and neighboring homes.
Guest Access
Guests have the entire cottage, the fenced yard, the private dock with its covered boat slip, the deck and the fire pit area for their stay. Boat slip: You're welcome to tie up your own boat at the covered slip during your stay. Please bring your own lines, fenders and life jackets. Use of the dock and boat slip is at your own risk. Parking: Park cars, boats and trailers inside the fenced front yard, and please keep the gate closed.
