Other Details to Note
Feel free to park inside the garage. For added security, close the doors at night. Please feel free to take and use it, but do not forget to leave the garage door remote when you go. There will be a $100 charge if it has to be replaced. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like the pool heated for your arrival. Please understand this takes time. We will consider pets but need to know the size and breed for approval. There will be a non-refundable pet fee if the pet is allowed. Fee depends on size and breed and will be less for small, hypo-allergenic/non shedding breeds as this requires less cleaning. You must mention if you plan to bring a pet as this is not traditionally a pet friendly home and only allowed upon acceptance. If accepted, you MUST pick up after your pet and not leave waste in the yard under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to care for your pet during your stay and we will not accept responsibility if your pet escapes the fenced in area.

Please enter through the front door facing 8th Street where the driveway is located. Once you have access to the property, you may open the garage doors and bring your things up the stairs underneath the home for greater ease. There is an owner's closet upstairs that will remain locked, and attic doors (they are in 2 of the upstairs closets) which will also remain locked. There is a coded lock underneath the home where the beach wagon and chairs will be located. You will be given access codes for the property on auto message 15 min prior to check in time. We do NOT send codes earlier than check in time to allow the cleaners the entire window of time to clean up until your arrival as we frequently have same day check in/check outs. With such a large property, the cleaners must be allowed the entire time frame and early check in must be approved well in advance and will only be allowed if we do not have a same day check-in.
