Neighborhood
Beachy neighborhood with sidewalks that go directly to highway 90 to cross over to beach. There is a park within a short walking distance that has a pickleball / tennis court, playground and walking track.
Guest Access
Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. Entry is made easy with a secure door code on the front door. Parking: Parking is available for at least two cars in the garage and two in front of the home. Two garage door remotes will be provided for garage parking. Please note that the driveway in the back is shared. The parking behind the house is shared with other residence. Please do not park directly in front of the neighbors houses.

Chimney’s restaurant, Salute’, and Shaggy’s are easily walkable from sidewalks right in front of the house! You can use the sidewalk on Hwy 90 or 2nd St. which runs perpendicular to Thornton Ave. Restaurants are just west of property just on the other side of the Courtyard Marriott. You have a max area for 4 cars on the property (Street park 2 and 2 car garage). Any other parking would need to be on the side street on 2nd so you’re not imposing on neighbors.
