Good to know
Beautiful open floor plan with the primary suite on one end of the home on the first floor with an enormous walk in closet with a private deck and incredible views. The smallest bedroom is near the master with 2 twin beds (please note there is a weight limit of 250 lbs for the top bunk bed and 350 for the bottom bunk bed). There’s a large kitchen for entertaining with an adjoining dining area and separate living space with a fireplace with breathtaking views of the gulf from the entire front of the home. There is also an additional full bathroom that walks out to the pool. Upstairs there are 2 king bedrooms that have incredible viewing decks on the front of the home, a queen bedroom on the side, and a double/full bed in the seating area and hallway at the top of the stairs. 2 additional guests may also use the couch for a sleeping area. Incredible resort style pool area with 4 large lay down lounging chairs, an umbrella/table, with 4 chairs, back porch, beautiful outdoor furnishings with a fire table, outdoor tv, and outdoor kitchen (gas works, must light with a lighter). Enjoy parking in the large 2 car garage and additional parking available for up to 4/6 vehicles in the driveway
Other Details to Note
Absolutely no parties, loud music, or additional guests staying outside the reservation that are not approved in advance. ***We do not leave the pool heater on unless there is a guest requesting a heated pool. If you book last minute it could take over 12 hours to heat the pool depending on the outside temperature. While the guest is staying the heater will be on a timer.***

Gorgeous area with oak trees and water views, tons of new construction and in a lovely residential area. It’s a close walk down to the beach and a very short drive to downtown/restaurants/activities (2-3 minutes) to enjoy restaurants like Chimneys, Salute’, Rack House, Half Shell, and Shaggy’s!
Guest Access
Your access to the property is seamless. You will enter through the two-car garage using a provided code. Inside, an Schlage smart lock on the door leads directly into the home. Two garage door remotes will be available for your use during your stay. Guests will have private access to the entire home and all its amenities.

Gulfport, MS, United States
You’ll enter the home through garage door code (garage door remote mounted on left side of garage door) and you’ll have a unique code to access the interior of the home through the garage entry. From there you’ll find 2 garage door remotes you may use during your stay in the far left drawer of the piece of furniture in the hallway right outside of the laundry area with the 2 lamps. Please make sure to return these before you leave, as there will be a $150 charge a piece for having to replace these on short notice.
