The property has lots of room at 2578 sqft with a lot of outdoor space and a pool. The pool is not heated but the warm weather of south MS will keep the pool warm a large part of the year. The ground floor of the house contains an elevator. The elevator runs from the ground floor to the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is the main entrance. This floor contains the kitchen, bedroom 1 and 2, bathroom 1 and the laundry room. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed with a full sized pullout couch. Both bedrooms share bathroom 1. The 3rd floor is where the primary bedroom is (bedroom 3). This is a large room with a king bed and a balcony. Bedroom 4 has a twin bed and work desk. These bedrooms share bathroom 2 which is a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. There is a large walk in closet on this floor. In the closet there is a twin roll away bed that can be used. The kitchen on the 2nd floor holds a double oven and a large refrigerator and freezer.
