Whether you’re enjoying cocktails with friends, relaxing after a day at the beach, exploring downtown Ocean Springs, or attending one of the area’s many festivals, you’ll find this home offers a truly unique experience unlike any other on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. With 2 quaint bedrooms and 1 and a half baths, this is perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Located just minutes from Ocean Springs’ award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, beaches, golf, boating, casinos, and entertainment, you’ll have easy access to everything that makes the Gulf Coast special while enjoying the privacy and character of one of its most historic neighborhoods, including Capone's Restaurant & Speakeasy in the neighborhood, along with Sunset Lounge that has views of the water. Pool access is also provided for a small fee at the hotel area at just $15 per person, easily booked through Resort Pass. 18 Holes for golf including golf cart is around $55 (please check with Gulf Hills Golf Club for exact prices) and 9 hole rates are around $35. Step outside to your own private oasis beneath century-old canopy oaks. Gather around the fire pit, soak in the 6-person hot tub, or fire up the Firestone grill for an evening of food, drinks, and conversation. The spacious grounds provide a peaceful setting that feels worlds away while remaining minutes from everything Ocean Springs has to offer. Perfect for couples’ getaways, friends’ retreats, golf weekends, and history lovers seeking a memorable stay in a home with nearly a century of stories to tell. Please note this home has valuable antiques and alcohol in the home. You're welcome to sip on any of the liquors and if you open a bottle of wine, champagne or prosecco, please text me and let me know. First bottle is on us. Anything further will be $20 a bottle. Liquor House Wine & Spirits is an amazing liquor store very close by on Washington Ave. Please note Lyft and Uber is accessible and consume alcohol at your own risk. Please drink responsibly

This house was built in 1927. Some of the items are antiques. Some items may appear dirty or have spots (flooring specifically) due to the age and original form. If you have small children please understand if these items are damaged, we will have to collect for damages. Also note there is alcohol on the premises for you to enjoy since this is a speakeasy. :) Please see our notes regarding what is open for you to use and what we charge for. Also please feel free to pick up firewood from Home Depot or Lowe’s if you’d like to use the fire pit. We can’t guarantee there will be useable fire wood readily available due to rain and other factors.

Guest Access
Guests may use the entire home. There will be a yale keypad on the front door and you'll receive your code 15 min prior to check in time. There is a backup lockbox mounted on the wall near the front door in case there is ever an issue with the battery operated keypad on the door. There will be some extra items for turnovers placed in the bins at the end of the bed. Please do not use the extra items unless it is an emergency and please let us know in advance if you do. Clean items are there for quick turns. There will be some additional items like a small Christmas tree in one of the closets in bedroom 2.
