New construction home, with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths, built In late 2019. Our space is set up perfectly for guests with a King bed in the master, a queen bed in the additional bedroom, large flat screen tv's in every room, board games, wifi, SlingTv, Netflix, additional towels, beach towels, private driveway parking for up to 2 cars, and a deluxe tall Queen sized air mattress with built in headboard to accommodate 2 guests in the common space. There are 2 security cameras on the entryways of the cottage. *PLEASE SEE OUR OTHER LISTINGS ASSOCIATED WITH MANDY IF THIS ONE IS NOT AVAILABLE*

COVID-19 UPDATE: We are taking extra precautions with cleaning/sanitizing with Clorox, bleach, and spraying everything down with Lysol. Please make sure to note the amount of guests included in your stay. This way we can adequately prepare for cleaning times and you’ll have the appropriate amount of towels for all guests :). There is no extra charge unless you have over 4 guests for overnight stays. ***This is pet friendly only if approved in advance. If you have service animal, you must note this when booking your reservation. If you’d like to bring a pet, please let me know and a $150 pet fee will be added to your booking. If you bring a pet in without notifying the hosts, you can expect to be charged a $250 non refundable deposit. We absolutely love animals but due to extra cleaning because of shedding, stains, and/or potential damages, this is a non negotiable when staying here.*** Also, please be mindful of the fact this home has nice furnishings, light colored fabrics, and white bedding.

Neighborhood
Enjoy a stroll around the neighborhood or a walk by the beach, as it is a very short walk from the home. Downtown Gulfport has fantastic dining and coffee shops along with the new Mississippi Aquarium within a 2 min drive! The outlet mall is a short drive up Highway 49 (7-10 min). Island View casino is also very close along with Jones Park. Harbor View Cafe in Long Beach is a great little spot to dine with a beach view on the outdoor porch. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive west on Highway 90 as well. Everything you could possibly want to do is right at your fingertips!
