Walk one block to the beach from this three-bedroom Gulfport cottage for up to 6. All bedrooms have king beds, with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, porch swing and a large oak with swings. A separately rented guest house sits behind the main house.
Good to know
This a 3 bed 2 bath home at 1515 square feet. The master bedroom has a king bed with a bathroom attached. The 2 guest bedrooms each have king beds. One has a bathroom attached to the room, the other accesses the same bathroom from the hallway. There is a large open kitchen with a gas range. We have provided quality cookware and cutlery for guest who wish to cook. TV's are in each bedroom and the living room. They are all smart TV's with access to Sling TV, Netflix and HULU. There is a front porch with a swing along with an oak tree with 4 single swings in the side yard. There is a guest house in the back that is a separate unit that also has outdoor seating. Parking: Guest of the main house should park on the street in front of the house if there is someone staying in the guest house.
Other Details to Note
Absolutely no parties are allowed. No loud music. No parking in front of neighbors house. Please only park in designated areas on street in front of our property or on the street across from the house only. Please do not block the driveway, as the access to the guest house is through the driveway. If you plan to have guests not on the reservation, please let us know.

Guest Access
Guest can unload from the driveway or in front of the house. The front door as a code that will be given to the guest 15 min prior to check in.
