Enjoy beachy breezes from the porch looking at the gulf just 1 block away! A 1515 sqft house & 1983 sqft guest house is perfect for large groups or separate families that want to travel together with lots of room and arcade. A large private yard with outdoor seating, grill and an enormous oak tree is a great place to relax. A short 200 yard walk to the beach and close to downtown Gulfport restaurants, the aquarium, the harbor and parks. A short drive to Casinos. SOME EVENTS MAY BE ALLOWED

Main House - The main house offers 3 bedrooms (king beds), 2 baths (both en-suite for 2 of the bedrooms) and shareable to BR 3 from separate hallway entry (1515 sq ft). The main house has a gas range along with quality cookware and cutlery. Tv's are located in all bedrooms and the living room. There is access to Sling TV, Netflix and Hulu. The front porch has a swing and seating. Guest House - The guest house is 1983 sq feet w/ ample space to entertain w/ a large kitchen, outdoor, & open bar area. 1 bedroom with a king bed and twin trundles (2 mattresses) & 2 full baths . There's a pull out queen stowed in the living room and a loft space for the kids to play. There are also 2 twin air mattresses available. There is a large loft area with 2 6 foot bean bags and a TV. The loft area does a have low ceiling. Outdoors - The outdoor area contains an enormous oak tree in the side yard with 4 swings on it. There is also plenty of outdoor seating and space for those that want to hangout and play outside. Guest may use all spaces in the main house aside from the crawl space access. Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Gulfport. A quiet area close to everything. The area is within a 2-3 min drive to downtown restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, the aquarium, and a short one block walk down to the beach. You can actually see the water from the main house living room and front porch.
Guest Access
Guest can access the main house from the front door. The main house is accessed by its front door. Both have smart locks. There is a 1 car garage that may be available.

There is a keypad on the front door and one on the guest house door where the “Yay You’re Here” welcome mat is located. You may unload your car wherever you see fit. There is street parking and you can easily pull behind the house, on the left side of the guest house or in the driveway to park. Please do not ever obstruct the neighbors adjoining driveway for any reason. Thanks in advance!
